Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic shipping
Estimated delivery times vary by service selected at checkout. Tracking is provided when available.
International shipping
International delivery times vary and may take several weeks due to customs processing and local carrier handling. Tracking may not update for extended periods while a parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Address requirements
Please double-check your address details (unit/room number, postal code, and phone number). Some countries (including Colombia and Mexico) may require a Tax ID / Cédula / Passport number for customs clearance. Missing information can delay delivery.
If tracking is stuck or delayed
If your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact your local delivery service with your tracking number, as the parcel may be held for customs release or address confirmation. You can also contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Lost packages
If 30 days or more have passed since the purchase date and the shipment cannot be located after a carrier inquiry, you may request a refund by contacting us. Due to international shipping costs, we generally cannot provide free replacements for missing international packages.
